Return Eligibility

You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the items are:

• Unused and in their original packaging.
• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@v7-fit.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
